In the Valencia pilot, SAV produced gelatin and collagen hydrolysate from fish and meat by-products with a TRL 7. In the same pilot, carotenoids, coffee oil and polyphenols were produced at TRL 6 from coffee grounds discarded in the HoReCa sector.
